Has direct experience in developing and implementing environmental and safety management systems; community, goverment and NGO liaison; large scale forestry; acid drainage and cyanide management; large scale environmental monitoring systems; and developing and implementing organisational change. He has managed departments of up to 180 people drawn from mutliple cultures covering several languages.
