• Has worked in environmental management at a senior level for more than twenty years in Australia, Africa and Asia; in goverment and private enterprise.

• His experience covers safety systems, all aspects of environmental management, working with traditional communities, local communities, all levels of government, international organisations and NGO’s.

• Has direct experience in developing and implementing environmental and safety management systems; community, goverment and NGO liaison; large scale forestry; acid drainage and cyanide management; large scale environmental monitoring systems; and developing and implementing organisational change.  He has managed departments of up to 180 people drawn from mutliple cultures covering several languages.
